The Circuit Leadership Team prayerfully reviewed both itsí mission and ministry policy, and priorities and objectives in 2012/13.

Our CALLING is to:

  • increase awareness of Godís presence, celebrate Godís love and strive to be a discipleship movement shaped for mission.
  • help people to grow and learn as Christians through mutual support and care.
  • be a good neighbour to people in need and to challenge injustice.
  • make more followers of Jesus Christ.

Our AIMS are to:

  • support each church in the Circuit in the mission to which God has called it.
  • help everyone to know that they are valued, that each local expression of the church is part of the work of Godís kingdom and that God wants them to grow.
  • lead and develop the work of the Salt Cellar, including the Salt Cellar Youth Project.
  • encourage and equip each church to explore and enable new and different ways of being Godís people.
  • recognise and encourage ecumenical working, enabling churches to have a significant impact on the local community.
  • encourage and enable working in the Circuit and local churches in ways that develop and use gifts and identify and share resources.
